Construction and Fit out

74 weeks

We are currently project managing a £65m secure data centre in North London with a package value of over £15m. The 14MW data centre is being constructed within the shell of an existing 7,100sqm building, incorporating the installation of a high-load mezzanine floor housing its own HV solution. Our self-delivery from groundworks to fit out ensures maximum value is delivered.

Key Facts

metre cubed of RC concrete
metre squared of data space
HV generators

The facility is being housed on a previous landfill site requiring design and construction on newly made-up ground. Our design team provided a solution which took into consideration the depth restrictions of the ground. An extensive amount of external work has been carried out to install structures for the cooling systems and an HV generation farm, with the rainwater harvesting systems built to fit within the parameters used throughout. The cooling system takes power from an adjacent source of renewable energy.
