Sweet Construct has been appointed to the Procure Partnerships (National Minor Works) Framework, successfully bidding across all four of its targeted regional lots.
The four-year construction framework will offer the Bristol-based main contractor ongoing opportunities to work with a wide variety of public sector clients in the South West and South Wales region on projects of up to £4m.
The appointment adds to a series of recent framework and project wins for the family run business, which has been operating in the region for over 40 years and offers self-delivered civil engineering, construction and fit out across a variety of industry sectors.
Accessible to all public sector bodies including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Universities and Blue Light Providers, the Procure Partnerships Framework offers clients a choice of procurement options and call off methods that are fully compliant with OJEU and Public Contract Regulations, with no fees for access.
Commercial Manager for Sweet Construct, Peter Baker said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on this important national framework, which recognises our long-standing experience in delivering a wide variety of public sector projects across multiple sectors. The appointment aligns with our ongoing growth plans within the region and our desire to develop long term, collaborative client relationships which deliver excellent value. We look forward to working with both new and existing clients through the Framework.”
